we have a spacious double room for let comes with a double bed a computer desk and a large double wardrobe.
We are an out going proffesional married couple with an extremely friendly dog.
We are not picky student or proffesionals all considered smoker/non smokers welcomed but smoking is Confined to the garden.
The house share includes use of shared kitchen and bathroom and living room (the lady of the house is a Disney freak so you may have to put up with the wonderful world of Disney) own fridge freezer and a cupboard in the kitchen.
We are approx a 5 min walk from lancing train station and shops living in a quite residential road with adequate free on street parking.
We work a combination of day and night shifts so a bit of etiquette may be required at times.
