**Viewings this Friday 29th and Saturday 30th. **

I have one room available in my lovingly renovated big bright Georgian flat in Brunswick town Hove.

The flat is spacious, the main living area is open plan and has two large floor to ceiling windows which let all of the morning light spill in. It has a small balcony from which the sea can be seen. The walls are bare stripped plaster and the floors are timber, giving the place a very chic casual homely feel.

Your room is down a small hallway at the rear of the flat making it very private. It gets lots of afternoon light through it's south facing windows as well as the glass door which leads out onto the fire escape which could be used as your own private small terrace. It has been freshly plastered and painted and all of the furniture including the mattress is less than two years old. There is a divan base for extra long term storage as well as a small desk. There is also a cast iron radiator for long lasting heat in winter.

The kitchen has just been renovated and most of the appliances are new. It's made mostly from recycled timber and marble that I’ve found in salvage yards. There is a separate laundry/ utility cupboard and Plenty of food storage.

The bathroom is also all brand newly decorated and tiled. It has a bathtub and large rain-forest shower head as well as underfloor heating.

You will be a fifteen minute walk from both Brighton and Hove stations as well as central Brighton. You’ll also be a short one minute walk from the Brighton/Hove seafront making summer beach trips a breeze.
Large supermarkets and all other amenities are also an easy walk, and both Sussex and Brighton university are accessible by a direct bus route.

I'm 35 and originally from Australia. I work in the entertainment industry and I am often away travelling for work for weeks or months at a time.
While I am away, you will have the entire flat to yourself, you are welcome to make use of my office nook in the living area as well as...the entire rest of the flat, it'll be yours. When I am home, I study full time remotely from home.

Ideally I'm looking for a professional person or couple to rent the new room for six months to one year but longer can be negotiated. For couples, the rent will be 1200 pcm which would include bills.

Please note that the flat looks a bit messy in the photos as i was still unpacking and moving back in after the renovations. I'd really encourage a viewing as the scale of the rooms and amount of natural light are better experienced in person.

Please get in touch with any questions, or if you’d like to come over for a look.

Some extra notes based on the messages I’ve been getting:
There is fast fibre broadband which will be included in your rent, utilities are also included in the price.
