The accommodation resides In a central but quiet location, both near to a big and spacious park, the sea, 5 minutes from American Express, the hospital. and to the centre of town. The location is conveniently on all the main bus routes into surrounding locations,. - the English Language schools, and all university campuses and buildings.
It is an independent (non-agency) friendly household with live-in landlady (and partner)professional working ordinary people - the house is only ever 3 persons at any one time(including me). Its clean, comfortable, homely, safe and secure..
Smokers okay if willing to smoke in the garden.
