Room available until the end of August. Good size bright room in my lovely garden flat. Small double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk/chair. Very bright room with plenty of space. Quiet and safe area.
Bus stop(26,46) to city centre is opposite the flat and takes about 20 mins. Direct bus to unis is a 10 min walk(peak times only). Easy to get to unis by bike(storage for one bike). London Road and Preston Park stations are both a 25 min walk-Falmer campus only a few minutes on train from London Road station. Free and easy on street parking and easy access to A23/27.
I work in a local school and my 26 year old son lives away and occasionally comes home at the weekend. We have a friendly cat too.
Would suit someone quiet who likes their own space while being part of a friendly, homely flat.
