When I get bookings, I currently use the room for Airbnb but I would prefer a constant flatmate and Monday to Friday would be ideal

The flat is in a grade two Regency Building in the Brunswick area of Hove a few streets from the Brighton post code and near to Hove Lawns

Its a very central location, the beach is 2 minutes away, pubs, cafes, shops, restaurants etc all at top of the road - buses too

You would need to be happy with stairs as the flat is at the top of the house

Gorgeous roof top views and a very quiet house - no party people live here

Very cosy and well decorated flat - fully furnished and comfortable

You would have your own bedroom with a private entrance plus use of kitchen and bathroom

The room is for one person only, I don't wish to share with a couple so that means no overnight guests unless by arrangement in advance

I am a working professional who takes pride in her flat - I need someone who cleans up after themselves and is prepared to do their fair share of housework - or we pay a cleaner

Bedroom has king sized bed and mattress, desk/dressing table, chair, full length mirror, small table and a basket for storage, there is a wardrobe, some drawer space, bedside light - it is furnished for my taste - pictures, fairy lights, scatter cushions, rug etc but any items not required can fit in the loft

I even have a spare duvet and bedding, towels too - you would really not need much to move in and for it be homely

I have a 22 year old cat who lives in the lounge, which is my space/bedroom when room is rented

It would be great to meet if you like the sound of the flat - as I use Airbnb I have a couple of bookings in the diary for March and April and for the right person, I can cancel them or we can work out how to split the money so its fair - just being upfront

Flat has had all the carpets cleaned in Dec 2019 and all rooms have been redecorated in the last six months
