Hey! Me and Elija Grybe are looking for a new housemate in our three bedroom flat.
The house is near Brighton Station and would be 500 a month for a room, (all rooms are furnished) bills on top are around 100£ council tax included. The deposit is one months rent. The move in date is the 27th of July, so we need a third person ASAP.
Students are welcome if they are ok paying council tax.

Accessibility: The flat consists of three floors, no elevator. 5 mins away from Sainsburys and Tesco. We don't know what the lighting used is. There are two bathrooms in the house.

Abit about us: We are queer trans artists, who have graduated from Brighton University last year. Elija has a studio where they paint and I make drawings at home. For our daytime jobs I’m a barista and Elija is a carer.
