Hello Everyone , This bright modern studio on the main floor has been recently renovated with brand new appliances for the kitchen and has a seperate private bathroom .
The studio is situated near palmeira square on Selborne Road , close to the Hove Train/Bus Station , English School , 10 min from brighton centre / I360 and is situated literally a 2-min walk away from your grocery shops ( tesco , sainsbury´s ) , to your restaurant ( fatto a mano , giggling squid ) , to your favorite coffee shop ( small batch ) or any pub that you might like .
You will also be close to the main highways if you commute , are 5 mins away from the ocean and will have parking available in front of the flat if you have a permit .
The studio will include any bills , such as utility ( water , electricity , Fibernet WIFI ) , council tax and has a brand new washing machine for you to use as you please .
There will be no agency fees , but I may require a employee verification and might request references if necessary .
The studio is available as of today and I generally require tenancy for a minimun of ( 3 months ) .
