Beautiful bright double bedroom to rent, 5 minutes walk away from Brighton Central Train Station and always busy city centre.

(This ad was on hold when lockdown was first announced but now that I have clarity, I've been cleared to move forward with this move!)

Unfortunately I have to find a replacement for myself in this lovely two bed flat (sharing with one other tenant). I'm relocating to London for work in December so am keen to find someone quickly!

The room is bright and cosy with a beautiful view of the city and if you look closely...the sea too! It comes furnished with a double bed, lockers and a chest of drawers.

The rest of the house is has a quirky and chilled vibe, (complete with indoor tree) and contains all the mod-cons such as washing machine, dishwasher, oven, fridge-freezer etc.

I'm happy to do virtual viewings etc.

You will be sharing with my current housemate Yan, a 25 year old fitness enthusiast who is happy to share a glass of wine and a chat over an old Simpsons episode or two!

Bills not included but in my experience the house is relatively cheap to run. Happy to discuss further over private message.
