Double room available in my two bedroom house in Central Brighton/ Kemptown.

Two bathrooms, open plan kitchen diner, Living room, garden, Hot Tub 🐶 Whole house for two people - not just a flat.

It's a lovely house in Kemptown, close to Queens Park, the beach and Brighton Centre. It is more on the Queens Park side of Town than the St James Street Side, so it is nice and quiet and residential.

A bit about me, I am a full time working professional who works 5 days a week, fairly standard hours. My previous flatmate is moving out to be with her partner. We are close friends. I am hoping that my new flatmate will become part of the 'family'.

The house is a home. A cosy and relaxing space, I like to keep it tidy and I am hoping to find someone like minded and respectful. What Rachel is to Monica. Joey or Phoebe need not apply.

I've got a little Jack Russel Chi dog, he is very friendly. So someone who also loves dogs is ideal! He is the other housemate, so its important that you get on with both of us.

I like having friends over for dinner or gatherings occasionally. The house is a calm and sociable environment. There is an inflatable hot tub in the garden, there is nothing better than relaxing in this in the summer months.

The house is furnished but the bedroom is unfurnished. I included furnished pictures so you can get an idea of space. Happy to help locate a bed if you don't have one. We can negotiate this if needs be.
(the big wardrobe is staying)

Another dog or fish considered, but please no cats, rabbits, hamsters, snakes, or rats. They would not get on with my dog.
