The house is located close to the A27 for Brighton or Hastings and close to the A22 for Gatwick and London routes.
There are bus stops outside the house taking you to Eastbourne or Hailsham and Polegate Station is a 15 minute walk for trains to London and Brighton.
If you enjoy cycling we are by the cuckoo trail which is a popular cycling route 20 mins ride to Eastbourne DGH.
We have a extra large private garden with vegetable patches and lawn and it’s 15 drive to Eastbourne seafront.
I have a shed to store a bike.
I have two small dogs who are well behaved and quiet.
