The house is spacious, has 2 bathrooms and in a peaceful residential location. The bedroom has a large built in wardrobe so lots of storage if needed. Conveniently located to the town centre, bus stop into Brighton is a 5 minute walk and the train station is approximately a 15-20 minute walk.

We are full time working professionals who are looking to share with someone also in full time employment or a mature student and preferably female. One of us works away for part of the month so at this time you would only be sharing with one. There is a parking space available outside the house if you own a car.
