Hi!

I’m looking for somebody to share our three bedroom house in Coldean, Brighton. We have one double bedroom available in a spacious 3 bed house. The bedroom, which has been freshly painted and has a new carpet comes fully furnished with wardrobe, large desk (which can be dismantled if not required) and comfortable double bed. The house is fully furnished and has been freshly decorated.

A bit about the house: it has a large kitchen with dining area and sit up bar. The well furnished living room leads to a summer house with a hot tub! Great for relaxing after a stressful day – especially with a beer or a glass of wine!! We also have two bathrooms.

Outside there is a BBQ area, garden and shed. We have plenty of FREE on-street parking next to the house which has easy access to the A27, as well a short walk or cyle to the Universities of Sussex and Brighton (Falmer campus). At the bottom of our road (200m) is a bus stop and night bus stop, so you can easily get into town and more importantly always get back.

I am a 26 year old postgraduate student about to finish my teaching course from England (who will be staying on in the house for a few more years) and the other female in the house is a 24 year old psychology masters student from Italy. Both of us are chilled, outgoing and sociable! We love to cook, play music and keep active. I will be running the London and Uganda Marathons later this year. Would love to share the house with someone like-minded.
