I'm looking for somebody to take over the contract for my room in this wonderful house.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed, a built in wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a desk, and set of shelves. It has a beautiful sea view and a bathroom just next door. The house has a lovely shared living room, a large spacious kitchen, a conservatory, two bathrooms (both with power-showers), a front garden, and a large patio at the back with a barbecue. We have all the usual amenities including a dishwasher, washing machine, heated towel rails, a tumble-dryer, and two big fridges.

Nearby are lots of useful shops including lidl, the co-op, corner shops, takeaways, a pharmacy, and the marina a 5 minute walk away. It is also very close to different bus stops including the number 1, 7, and 23. The number 21 stops directly outside the house. The house also looks out onto a big stretch of open green space which is the corner of the south downs.

The housemates you would be sharing with are 5 lovely girls aged between 19 and 26. They are all studying different courses; nursing, music, fashion, media, and international development and anthropology, and are at a few different campuses. They are really friendly, and enjoy watching tv/eating/having a glass of wine together. The house is nice and tidy, and we all respect each others space. A couple of the housemates smoke, but do it in the back garden.

The rent is £485 a month, and bills usually come to around £50 a month (we pay £50 into a shared account and split any left over at the end). The deposit is £600.
