A lovely sunny single room 10 minute walk from Lewes center, a 10 minute walk from the train station and 3 minutes from the bus stop to Brighton, Tunbridge Wells, Eastbourne etc. We also have free parking outside the house and it’s an easy walk along the river to the high street.

Our home is spacious with a square staircase with a large hall, I'm told it's fun and relaxed with two cats and bees in the back garden. I'm looking for a female lodger to join my existing lodger and myself. The good sized single room is fully furnished with a bed, cupboard and desk/ dresser. There is a bathroom for lodgers which you would share with one other lodger and occasional guests. You would be more than welcome to use the sitting room, dining room which has a comfy sofa, the kitchen which has a breakfast bench, the boot room and back and front yards/ gardens. The front yard/ garden is ideal for BBQs, fires and entertaining in the summer.

All bills including wifi are included as is a contribution towards the cleaning bill (a cleaner will come once a week and clean the whole house including your room)
Access to the South Downs is 5 minutes away.
