My house mate is moving out of my flat at the end of the month (30th April) and I'm looking for someone to move in and take his place.

The flat is on the 8th floor and has a beautiful view out over Brighton and the sea. The room is a decent size (room for a double bed, wardrobe, and a few other bits of furniture). It is a warm flat and we haven't put the heating on once over winter.

You will be sharing the space with me Alex (male).

The flat isn't a party flat but we have had no problem with each other having friends over for drinks e. t.c.

Rent is £525 pm with bills adding about another £100 on top of that. To move in the agency would also require £180 for referencing fee, £30 for the new contract and £692.31 deposit (£1427.31 in total to move in).
