This is a really good deal if anyone wants a cheap short term let in a popular and fun area of Brighton.

I have moved out because i started a new job in London so a room is hence available, there is only one set of payments due from now until the end of the tenancy on 7th September, so the sooner this goes the occupier could benefit from nearly two months for the price of one!

All bills are included in the price - Rent, water, gas, electricity, council tax, and virgin broadband. All that would be required is one payment of £540 and that would be it until 7th September

The house consists of two working professionals and a student, very friendly and very clean.

The room is a single room but it is cozy, the size never caused me any issues. The kitchens good, there's two bathrooms - a Smaller Upstairs one and a large downstairs one, communal living room and a well kept garden.
