Spacious, bright, sunny double loft room with ensuite available in Fiveways. The house is in a lovely green-leafed conservation area with sea views from the front of the house and from the room.
The room is a loft conversion recently decorated and furnished . The room is bright with lots of light and has views of Brighton.
I live in the house, with my husband and my 10 year old daughter. As we have a young child in the house, we prefer no overnight guests.
The house is spacious and the downstairs area has been extended. The kitchen area is big, it has a dining table that seats 8, a sofa and a log-burning stove.
The room would suit a quiet female student or professional who is looking for a homely environment and wishes to lodge with a family. We eat early evening with our daughter at 6ish and we are happy to share vegetarian meals some days during the week. Alternatively the kitchen is available for use every night after we have eaten.
We are a relaxed friendly family. I am a doctor working locally and my husband works as a chef. We have both travelled widely. My interests are cooking, politics and fiction and my husband is interested in new physics.
