I have a single room available in my house, in Hove, from 2nd November. The house has been recently refurbished and so clean and tidy. The kitchen features top of the range cooking facilities - 2 x AEG ovens, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine....wine fridge! The house has Sky Q tv and unlimited sky fibre wifi. There is a front and back garden, in which smokers are welcome to smoke. There's free on-street parking in roads behind the property. The bus stops outside and the nearest train station is Portslade, which is a 5 minute walk. I live in one of the rooms and a male in another room. I am a working professional (hospitality) and I enjoy what I do, I love to travel and socialise, event organise and entertain. I'm looking for house mates that are sociable but enjoy their own time, just easy going people would be great! *** Please note - the room is for single occupancy only ***
