I am looking for a tidy, pet friendly housemate to live in the spare room the two bed semi detached house I own in Polegate.

The room is a comfy double with built in wardrobe space. The room can be unfurnished or a bed and chest of drawers is available, if necessary. (Please note: room will be cleaned and painted, before arrival). The house has a large kitchen and a shared living area. There is one bathroom with a shower between the two bedrooms. Washer/dryer, cooker/oven, microwave etc all available in the kitchen. There is no private parking but there are spaces opposite the house and parking on the road which I use daily. In addition, I have a large shed for storage if you need it.

The house is conveniently situated in Polegate, only just under a ten minute walk from the Polegate train station, Tesco express and Co Op. It is also only five minutes from The Harvester, for when you do not want to cook! Polegate is a 10 minute drive to Eastbourne, a 20 minute drive from Lewes and only 35 minutes from Brighton. The journeys are even shorter on the train. There are direct train links to Brighton and London Victoria from Polegate station. There is a bus stop almost right outside the house with direct access to Eastbourne town centre.

You will be sharing with a 25 year old female teacher. I currently live with my two cats and dog and therefore require someone who likes animals! I am friendly, relaxed and tidy and I am looking for someone similar to share with.

I work Monday - Friday so I prefer go out to have fun and return to a calm and relaxed home environment. If this sounds like something you are interested in - please get in contact.

Rent is £495pcm and is paid at the beginning of the month. This is inclusive of all bills including fibre optic broadband, recordable TV, electricity/gas, water and council tax.
