I am a full time working mum with a lovely almost 4 year old son. We have a very large, bright, mostly furnished spare room which could be available on a part or full time basis (negotiable / flexible) up to 6 months. Our non smoking, pet free, environmentally friendly end of terrace house has a fully equipped kitchen, pleasant back garden, garage and street parking in a residential neighbourhood less than 15 minutes walk to the Littlehampton beach. I am looking for a mature, quiet, working housemate who is comfortable with children and is LGBT positive. Rent could be reduced for flexibility around occasional use of room to accommodate guests.
