Hi guys, my name is Dan and I’m a 29 year old who works as a support worker in children’s care.

I’ve been at this property for almost 2 years, I have a fantastic relationship with the landlady and this is the only property she rents. She’s not ever put up the rent, is very friendly and is happy to get anything sorted in the flat.

The flat itself is situated halfway up Waterloo street which opens up to hove lawns and the seafront beyond. It’s a beautiful spot, especially in the summer. The available bedroom is at the back of the flat, and although it is unfurnished I may be able to sort out a bed frame and mattress when my current flatmate moved out in Jan.

I am a sociable individual, but I also like to read a lot and enjoy relaxed evenings. Both in my own company, but I also enjoy a good movie evening with whoever I’m living with. In essence there is a nice, easygoing and friendly vibe in the flat; but this is by no means a party flat. I love music, reading and movies.
I’m looking for a working professional or a masters/PHD student. I’ve loved living at this flat and I’m looking for someone like minded to allow this to continue to be a homely and tidy space to live in.

My landlady would require the relevant references, and bills are roughly £150 on top of rent. This would include council tax and internet. I am also a football fan and pay for BT sport and Sky sports so you would also have access to that in the living room.
