Hello!

I’m a part-time doctor/part-time art student in my mid 30s. I’m looking for a housemate to share my flat in Cotham. The flat is well-located, tucked away on a leafy street, but also close to both Gloucester Rd and Whiteladies Rd. The BBC, Bristol university and BRI are all within walking distance.

The flat is on the first (top) floor so is nice and quiet. We have lovely neighbours in the two other flats in the building. The flat has a shared bathroom, kitchen and living room. The kitchen is newly-fitted. There is attic space for additional storage. We are in the residents parking zone and a permit can be bought for around £50 per year depending on the type of car. I only have a bike.

The room is a large double with large sash window and view of the neighbouring gardens. It has a built-in wardrobe, shelving and chest of drawers. The bed is metal-framed

I’m sociable but considerate. I like dancing (particularly swing dancing) and going to gigs but I’m not a late night partyer. I love being outdoors and try to make time for a long walk at weekends. I’m also into the arts and enjoy drawing, dressmaking and photography.

Rent is £500 per month excluding bills. Bills including broadband are £150 per month each.

I’m looking for a professional or mature student. It would be nice if we had some shared interests but I’m mainly looking for someone easy-going and friendly to share my home.

The room will be available from 21st October 2019.
