Friendly neighbours and a great area, with a massive private green and park out back.

The harbourside is just 2 minutes walk away, city centre just 20 mins, Suspension Bridge 5 mins walk and Clifton village up the road.

There is on street parking (permit provided) and first come off street private car park. There is also a bike lock up out back.

I'm looking to rent the room to someone who can keep things tidy, doesn’t play loud music after 8 on weekdays and doesn’t want to paint the room bright orange ;)
