I have a double room available in my lovely 2 bed house in St George.

The house has bags of charm, located on a cute little cul-de-sac, 10min walk to St George Park, and the pubs and restaurants of Church Road.

The house consists of an open plan living room / dining room, a good sized kitchen (with washing machine, tumble dryer, dish washer and all the usual mod cons)
a lovely back garden with a nice seating area, fire pit and a BBQ.
Upstairs there is a large bathroom, with a great bath and shower! and 2 good sized bedrooms.

The available bedroom is furnished with a double bed, mattress, chest of drawers, a desk and a chair.

There is plenty of parking available outside and in the surrounding streets. and theres no parking permits needed!

You'll be sharing with me and my 2 cuddly cats - Sausage and Mash.
I am a smiley, easy going 35 year old guy and I work in Event Management.
The house is very relaxed, I work a lot, but when i'm home i like to cook, watch films or a good series, and go to the pub with friends.
I am hoping to find a room mate who is happy being independent, but also enjoys nice evenings in cooking, watching the box together, and socialising..

Quick and easy transport into the centre:
20mins on the bus
15mins cycle
10mins drive

The house is non-smoking, but there are ashtrays in the garden if you smoke.

I am renting the house unfurnished, but it is fully furnished with my stuff - so you won't need to bring any furniture :)
