In the flat are four easy-going masters students. If you want a mixture of doing your own thing yet still living in a friendly atmosphere, this is the place for you.

Location is excellent, with harbourside bars/restaurants a minutes walk away. Clifton isn't far and neither is Stokes Croft/Gloucester Road. I have found I can walk anywhere from this position.

Unfortunately bills are not included in this price. It works about about £40 a month for bills.
