Its 5 minute walk from IKEA, 7 minute walk from Big Tesco, 2 minute walk from Stapleton Road, 5 minute walk from Stapleton Road Train Station, 2 minute walk from bus stop and 25 minute walk to town Centre.
It is a modern house, with no carpets, with a huge garden and a massive bathroom.
We are looking for a tidy, clean, assertive, easygoing and funny person who works full time.
The price of the room is £400 per month one month deposit is required. Bills are not included but will be around £ 70 per month (Council tax, Internet, Gas, Water and Electricity).
