Large living room which is setup for maximum comfort and lazy-times (photo isn't totally up to date) and a spacious kitchen take up the downstairs (already furnished), patio garden with some outdoor furniture out back and a double driveway out front. Neighbourhood is very quiet and clean, low traffic.

Shops, gym, etc 5 minute walk from house. Nearest train station 15 minutes, Bristol Parkway 30 minutes. Fastest bus to city centre takes 15-20 minutes.

I have a very very senior rat but he's does absolutely nothing so don't worry about him, usually he looks at you and sneezes and goes back to sleep. I work M-F early start and spend most of my spare time playing video games or going to coffee shops or hanging out with my boyfriend.
