We are looking for a quiet independent professional or phd student to rent a spare room in our family home. We have two teenage boys and one of us also works from home as a psychotherapist 2-3 days per week during the day and some evenings so when clients are in the home we need absolute quiet. We think this will suit someone who spends most of the day at work or at University or College.

The room itself is a lovely double room at the rear of our Victorian house in St Andrews in Bristol. We are 2 minutes from St Andrews Park in one direction and 1 minute from the Gloucester Road in the other - a lively area with independent shops, cafes, bars and supermarkets.
