Hello! We are looking for a lodger to come and join us in our home which we own in St Pauls. We have 1 room available in our 3 bedroom home sharing with me(Amie), my partner Jack, our 2 lovely little dogs Tristan & Romeo and our current lodger Amaia who is staying until December in the smaller room (soon to be babyroom).

The room is a furnished double with a double bed, chest of drawers and built in wardrobe, there is also plenty of space for a desk.

We are a couple in our early 30s who are expecting our first child in Feb 2021 - so we are open to a shorter length tenancy until baby arrives or to find a lodger who would be up for living with a young family :)

Amie manages a creative coworking space & does freelance bookkeeping on the side. Jack works in finance (2 days a week at home due to COVID). We both love cooking, socialising with friends and festivals. In lockdown, we have been going on walks, cycling and watching lots of Netflix! Jack loves his PlayStation, painting and music and Amie makes jewellery and loves all things crafty!

Amaia is a lovely Spanish student, studying for her Master at Bristol uni working with butterflies.

We are looking to create a relaxed, and friendly atmosphere in our home while respecting each others space and whoever moves in respecting this is our home and the set up is lodger/live-in landlord which is different to a usual houseshare. All social spaces are shared in the house apart from the living room which we tend to use privately - especially when the baby arrives :)

We want whoever lives with us to be friendly, considerate, love and respect our home, keep the place clean & tidy and be a good communicator.

You also need to be a dog person as both our dogs are very friendly and are not always the perfect housemates so you have to be tolerant of silly dogs :)

We have been taking the covid situation seriously here and want to live with people who will be considerate of the whole house when making decisions etc.

Rent includes all bills (elec/gas, wifi, council tax, water) as well as a cleaner once a fortnight and simple house products ie toilet roll, cleaning products salt/pepper etc.

SILLY DISCLAIMER - if you love baked beans this house is not for you! My partner has a ridiculous phobia of baked beans so they are banned from the house!
