I will be going into my masters year at UWE next academic session and need a flatmate to fill a double room in my current two bed flat as my flatmate will be moving out. I would ideally prefer living with females for the sake of convenience.
I am very tidy, mature and sociable. I enjoy a good laugh, trips out or hanging out during some down time whether that's watching Netflix while eating takeout or just engaging in conversation. However, I also respect the need for personal space. I have some cute guppy fish in my bedroom which are no bother at all but weirdly satisfying to watch!
It's a nice flat in Penn Drive with lots of communal space which is about 10mins on the bus from Frenchay campus and 20 minutes direct access to the city centre. It also comes with lots of communal space, ample parking, a nice big TV, white goods and a little balcony.
