I am moving out at the end of the year so there is a spacious double in Southville going for the New Year, only a 5min walk from Tobacco Factory. The bedroom is upstairs at the back of the house next to a bathroom and there is a kitchen/living room downstairs.

The rent is £375 excluding bills but INCLUDING COUNCIL TAX. The bills come to under £50 a month so under £425 in total making this great value.
