SUITABLE FOR “SHIELDING” INDIVIDUALS.

Cosy furnished DOUBLE ROOM to let in wonderful home with garden. Near local shops. Good bus links to city centre, Cribbs Causeway etc.

Live-in landlords (married couple age 40). You will have your own fridge and food storage area, and will have use of the garden, washing machine, cooking utensils etc.

PLEASE NOTE: As our household contains an immune-compromised individual, we are semi-shielding. We follow strict social distancing rules, and do not interact with large groups of people. We occasionally will hang out with one or two other people, but no more. I’m afraid the room is suitable only for people who are prepared to do the same, and we will not be able to offer the room to anyone whose job or social life involves them interacting with large numbers of people. We would like to live with someone who is very responsible about social distancing.

We would, if possible, like to “meet” you via Skype / FaceTime in the first instance. This will give you the opportunity to ask us any questions, and we can also take you on a “video tour” of the house.

We have a lovely dog and two cats.

£475 per month. Available for 1 month minimum, potentially up to six months. Apologies but we can’t accept DSS, or couples.
