I have a small single furnished room to rent in my house to share with myself (35 year old professional) and my son (school age).
Friendly household, looking for a relaxed and tidy lodger that is family friendly. We are very tidy and clean.. my son is very energetic and full of charisma so the house can be buzzing at times but we do have our down time, tend to be out and about most weekends. In the week currently I am working from home full time and my son is around until hes back to school.
Good transport links nearby with cycle track short distance, on good reliable bus route into town, near the motorway and on street parking.
