A lovely furnished double bedroom, in a 3 bedroom house, will be available to rent at the beginning of September in Kingswood, Bristol. I will be a live in landlord and starting a masters degree this month (august) at uwe Bristol. I love animals, so if you have any pets that's fine! I will have my 12yo cocker spaniel stay from time to time. A student would be preferable. I'm allergic to cats so no cats allowed sorry!
