Hi all,

We're looking for new additions to our home in an amazing location just off Gloucester Rd.

We have *two* rooms, available in August - descriptions below!

You’ll be sharing the house with a PhD student, a musician & writer-activist, a support worker & artist (25-32 in age), and one other new housemate! We’re currently a house of vegans and one pescetarian, and we occasionally share communal meals. We all get along and like sharing moments together, but respect each other's space and independence.

We’re looking for an individual tenant for each room, preferably over 26, although primarily people who are mature, clean and tidy, and feel they’d get on with the rest of the house!

*Room One*
£280 + bills (around £80-100/month)

This is a small double that overlooks the back garden, is south facing and light. While it’s not huge, it’s not a box room either. The bed is raised, so it has extra space underneath for clothes, etc.
The room is available from August 10th, although this is slightly negotiable, and could potentially be free from the beginning of August if needed.

*Room Two*
£310 + bills (around £80-100/month)

This is a spacious attic conversion at the top of the house.
Exact date to be confirmed; we’ve requested that the landlord do a couple of repairs before a new tenant moves in. We hope this won’t take too long, and the room should be available in August.
