The flat/room: The room is a good-sized furnished double in a three bed flat. We’re in a great location between Montpelier and St Andrews within a short distance of Stoke’s Croft, St Werburghs and Gloucester Road. There’s a shared bathroom, kitchen and living room as well as a spare room for storage and laundry. The flat is really spacious for three people and has a very homely feel. The building itself is also lovely, safe and friendly, there's a beautiful shared garden (a godsend during lockdown!), on road parking and a large bike shed. There’s no agency fees and only £400 deposit to pay on moving in, Rent is £400 pcm. Bills come to around £100.

About us: Flat is currently occupied by Lucy (26, does marketing for a charity) & Celese (27, junior doctor). We work full-time so we’re out a lot and we’re looking for sometime who is also in full-time work. We are both sociable and enjoy evenings the the pub, with friends and keeping fit. Although we like being out and about, we also like to keep a tidy, peaceful home and would be up for the occasional evening in in front of the telly with a glass of wine.
