An amazing 4 bed house right in the centre of Stokes Croft on the highstreet, sharing with 3 incredible people from Italy and Cyprus. Lots of music, lots of fun, pretty chill during the week as everyone works. Also sharing with a friendly kitten called Winston.

There is also a bookcase with loads of interesting books that an old tenant left, from politics to languages and basically anything else you can think of. Patio outside with sofas and lots of vegetables grown in spring.

Potential flatmate would not mind too much city noise as the area is very exciting and fun, and would preferably have an interest in music (not essential!) - 10 second walk from the shops, 30 second walk to the pub, 15mins to lovely st werburgh's and st andrews park.

Rent is 375 per month, and you would be taking over the end of a tenancy, so would need 100% commitment early on.
