This is a three-bed shared house. Both rooms come fully furnished. The single includes: a single bed (which can be pulled out into a double), wardrobe, clothes chest, two shelves, desk, and chair. Double: A double bed, wardrobe, clothes chest, additional chest, shelves, desk, and chair. You will have shared access to an open living room kitchen, conservatory (which doubles as a laundry room), upstairs bathroom (bath & electric shower & detachable shower head).

Max contract is one year. The contact is a lodgers agreement, which means you will be renting only your room and are classed as a guest. There is a front and back garden, and two friendly outdoor cats who roam around. The closest bus stop has a direct route to the centre of Bristol, and the bus stop to Bath/UWE is a 10 minute walk away. The house is located a 10 min walk away from the Kings Chase Shopping Centre.
