Large 5 bed house with Tesco nice and close, Between Werburghs and Easton . We are right by Eastville Park and Purdown.
You will be sharing with 3 guys and 1 girl in late 20s/early 30s We are ideally looking for another female housemate to keep the balance
Pete is studying and working in music and likes generally doing music things and digital art. Phil is an aircraft engineer who likes computer games and 3d printing cool stuff and Dan is an electrician and a baker who is also into making music and mountain biking, Lottie makes music and works at a pub We are all super laid back and enjoy having a good laugh

I am not the landlord but he's a good friend of ours.

We are looking for someone who would like to be part of the house and hang out and not just sit in their room all day(lol)

Gas and electric Bills are shared between us at the end of each month usually around 70 pounds but is dynamic and will be cheaper in the summer etc. Council tax, internet and water is included in the rent
