I have a newly decorated and clean room for rent in a large 2 bedroom flat with garden and ample free parking ..the flat is right next to the eastville park area of Bristol and very private location .
Ideally I would like someone who is working full time and resonantly quite though I am a musician and play guitar just not into party’s etc as I am 50
There is a large open plan kitchen and living room area which can be shared also a fitted bath room with shower etc
I am also looking for a non smoker or someone who would smoke in garden not in flat and respects my space as I like to do my own thing but I am relaxed and easy going person who likes to socialise and get on with who moves in
