Hello! 😊👋🏻
I'm looking for someone to take my room in January as I am moving in with my partner. The contract is for the next 6 months until July 2022, however there is opportunity to renew the contract for another year once it has run out :)
The room is a lovely bright single with big windows and a huge built in wardrobe/cupboard for storage. It comes furnished with a desk & office chair, wall-fitted shelving, a bookshelf, a chest of draws and a single bed. There is a warm communal open-plan kitchen & living room with sliding patio doors into the garden, which is a good size and catches the sun all year round. Plus two toilets, both with showers and one with a bath 🛀
Rent comes in at £315pcm - this includes water. Additional bills bring the total amount per month to around £415.
The other tenants living in this property are three professional women, aged between 24 and 28. They are kind, caring ladies who appreciate a good giggle and a sociable atmosphere, but also respect eachother's space & privacy. A sense of community is important for the current housemates - we have enjoyed cooking together lots, movie nights, making music and generally being in eachother's company 🎶🌼
Ideally, whoever takes the room will be female or non-binary, aged between 21 and 35 and happy to cook veggie/vegan in the home. Tidiness and cleanliness are a must, and we have a cleaning rota we all follow to keep our home looking loverly. If you're a creative, open-minded and sociable soul please do drop a message and we can have a chat 💜
Sorry, the room is no longer available
