Hello!

I will be moving out of this room in about a week and need someone to take my part of the contract, which is dated to September this year and I'm sure it's possible that it could be renewed.

There are 3 other people living here who are all open-minded. There is internet, a bath and shower, a washing machine, a dishwasher, oven and hob, and a garden. There is no living room here but there is a small room next to this bedroom which holds a few bits and bobs in there at the moment and you can use this room however you might like to.

The house is in a quiet part of Horfield, very close to anywhere you might like to get your groceries. The room is upstairs and at the front of the house, and there is a whole wall of storage for clothes and anything else, with mirrored wall-length sliding doors! Pictures to come very soon.

If there's anything you'd like to know, or if you'd like to come and see, do let me know and we can arrange something. I'll try to get back to everyone but if I don't, it wouldn't be personal at all. If you could include a bit about yourself that would be lovely too, just so I can get an idea about how you might get along with the others!
