I have a double room for rent in my lovely house in Whitchurch BS14 (I live there myself with my son age 15 and 1 woman age 26)
Room is furnished and all bills are included (WiFi as well).
Furniture from the room will be replaced with other items- those are just to show you the space.
Available from 01ST FEBRUARY for long or short stay (minimum 3 months tho)
House is nice and big so everyone has own space, we like peace and quiet, keeping the house clean as well. If that sounds like you then please drop me a message.
We are all doing our own things and working so you will be left to enjoy your space just like you would in any other house share. Two of us are working from home. No small kids in the house (only 2 little dogs)- house is very quiet all day (great if you have to sleep after night shift)
We have 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets so you will only share a bathroom with 1 or 2 more people.
Location is great! Close to shops (big tesco and lidl 5min in a car) and 12min car journey to the City centre. Also 2 buses available on my road going to town. Parking on the road. Also small green park around the corner.
Recently refurbished the downstairs living area and dinner plus nice new flooring throughout for more enjoyable environment.
We have 2 little dogs (pugs) and an older cat age 14 so animal lover is a must :-)
Small pets accepted providing they will get on with current pets
None of us smoke but Smoking is allowed outside
