I’m looking for someone to move into my 2 bed flat in Fishponds.

The room is on the top floor of Beacon Tower and has great views of Fishponds and the city centre.

The flat is in a great location with over 8 supermarkets and international food shops, a gym, doctors surgery, pharmacy, parks and pubs all within walking distance!

My flat mate has recently moved out and I need someone to sign the next 6 months of the tenancy before August 6th.

I’m looking for someone who:

*Is happy to live with a DJ (drum and bass mainly)
*Is tidy
*Is a professional/ student
*Likes to go out and enjoy themselves but also has good ambitions
*Can have a laugh
*Likes exercise
