Hiya,

We’re a group of 3 professionals about to sign on a 4 bed and are looking for one person to buddy up with.

The room is a small double, £575 a month plus bills, unfurnished. Council tax B, epc C. You’ll need to have a uk guarantor and work contract. The flat is split in two floors with stairs leading up to the flat and there’s a communal kitchen/living area. It’s been completely renovated and is all fresh, really nice bathroom, electric hob, wood floor throughout, and it’s really central, just next to Asda in Bedminster.

We’re looking for someone with similar age & interests to join the group! Someone who’d like to socialise and sometimes share meals etc in the evening, go to the pub for a few drinks, music or movie nights. We’re all arts graduates working in animation / graphic design. We’re pretty chill, tidy and clean, not massive party people though would have people round for dinner and drinks!
