A very large double room will be available from July 16th in a spacious house.
The house is about a 20/25 minute walk to the centre of town, with lots of buses into the centre, day and night. There is quite a long garden to the rear for tenants to dry clothes in, or socialise when the weather is ok. There is a dishwasher in the kitchen, the dining area/lounge is a reasonable size. There are two bathrooms and one of the other bedrooms has an ensuite toilet/sink.
The tenants are friendly, mixed male and female and are professionals in their late 20's to around 40'ish.
Please note the room comes unfurnished, apart from the settee you can see in the pictures. If you are interested in arranging a viewing please respond with a little bit of information about yourself, and current housemate Joe will be in touch.
