We are proud to offer a large double room in a 2 bed flat in the Hotwells area of Bristol. Located close to Clifton Village, City Centre & the Harbourside
The property comprises: large living room/dining room, modern kitchen, large double bedrooms and a shared bathroom. The flat is located in the 2nd floor and benefits from gas central heating.
There is a communal carpark, based on a first come first serve basis. But due to planning, unfortunately, you are unable to apply for a Resident parking permit with this flat. Otherwise there are pay and display spaces in the local area.
The property is offered unfurnished. But comes with white goods, including a built in dishwasher.
There is also a large communal garden at the rear of the property and a couple of lockable / secure bike sheds.
Both bedrooms are available from now but the tenancy is due to end by the 30th June 2025.
