We are renting our lovely home whilst we travel for a year. It is a particularly large two double bedroom and 2 bathroom flat with comfortable, stylish and high quality furniture. It is available for rent from 30th March and is based in a vibrant central location.
As this is our home we are looking for respectful tenants who will enjoy the property as much as we have.
The flat is a new build property and benefits from a modern kitchen (inc . dishwasher), fresh bathrooms and a utility cupboard with washer/dryer. The living area has a large corner sofa, entertainment unit and television. The dining area has a 6 person table.
The bedrooms
There are two large double bedrooms. One has an ensuite and one is larger without an ensuite but access to the main bathroom. It is currently set up as a spacious office for 2 but can be a bedroom.
There is secure bike storage downstairs.
Parking permit available.
Rental Options
The bedrooms will either be let separately for £850 pcm each or £1,650 for the complete flat. Currently, I and my partner live in the flat using the bedroom with an ensuite for sleeping and the other bedroom as a study to WFH.
Bills
For each room comes to approximately £169 per month. This includes Council tax £79, Water £13, Internet £10, Electricity £60, TV Licence £7.
