Small room in a lovely spacious house in Montpelier. £500 pcm (plus bills-roughly £110)

We all need to move out aug 2025 when the landlord will sell the house, so the let is likely just for 8 months, with a small chance of a few more months depending on circumstance.

Furnished but can be unfurnished.

Deposit is actually 600, but the form wouldn’t let me put that.

You would be sharing with three lovely humans aged 35-40. (Pete, Sam, and Olive)

Pete is studying dance, tantra, shiatsu, contact improvisation and authentic relating. He brings a variety of interesting folk, practices and humour to the house.

Sam is a welder and fabricator and all round tools wizard. Always happy to fix and help. He is also at uni studying to be a councillor. He’s a busy bee, but values a homely home when he lands.

Olive is a home bod who loves to nest, welcoming all that pass through. She is home the most as she is not working for health reasons… she’s like a house cat.

We are a homely lot, and like to keep our home a tidy, functional and safe space. We all value good communication and authenticity. The vibe feels family ish with people sharing food and hanging out, whilst also being independent and being on different timings too.

Disclaimers: We don’t smoke inside, we also cook meat occasionally.
None of us are massive party animals, but we are all sociable people and once in a while we love to have a party.

Ideally looking for a feminine energy in whatever form, to keep some balance. Other than that, we are open. We’d love you to tell us a bit about yourself, and if you have a partner, we’d love you tell us about them too!
