We’re looking for somebody (preferably female for gender balance) to join our 4 bed furnished house share in Knowle, bills included.

About the property:
4 bed, 2 bath, fully furnished house, with open plan lounge and kitchen area leading out to a spacious garden. Lounge comes with smart TV (Netflix etc included), fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and coffee machine, and the garden is perfect for BBQ’s and veggie/herb growing if you’re into that! The bedroom advertised comes with a double bed, large wardrobe and plenty of space to fit a desk. The 70 bus stops at the end of the street, meaning we’re a short commute into the city centre 🚌

About us:
John (32 M) is a live-in landlord, working for Pukka (free herbal tea available!). Oliwia (25 F) has been living in the house for almost a year, and works for the NHS. Lewis (31 M) sells mountain biking and skiing adventure holidays in Europe.

Ideally, you’re of similar age and interests, up for making some house meals together, hanging out and getting involved, while being equally happy doing your own thing and respecting everyone’s space. We all take responsibility for keeping the place clean and tidy and l value a relaxed home environment. Room is available now, but we’re keen to find the right person so move-in date is somewhat flexible.
